Our medium roast from Fazenda Santa Barbara, Sao Francisco, and Santo Antonio, grown at altitudes between 750 and 1050 meters on volcanic loam soil, is pulped naturally and sun-dried, ensuring a pure expression of its distinct character.

Colombia: Venture into the vibrant hills of Medellín, Antioquia, with our Colombian coffee. Smallholder farmers nurture these beans at altitudes of 1300 to 1500 meters, creating a medium roast filled with the tantalizing tastes of dried orange, berry, and chocolate. The beans are carefully washed and dried using solar dryers, safeguarding their exquisite flavor from the rain.

Costa Rica: Explore the serene micro-farms of Alajuela, Costa Rica, where our coffee is grown at altitudes of 1300 to 1445 meters on volcanic loam soil. Grown by smallholder farmers at altitudes of 1700 to 1900 meters, this med-light roast on Nitisols soil is naturally processed and hand-sorted, capturing the essence of its heirloom cultivars.

This medium-dark roast, cultivated by the dedicated members of Café Organics Marcala at altitudes of 1300 to 1700 meters, is a symphony of caramel, spice, and brown sugar. The beans are fully washed and sun-dried, embodying the spirit of their clay mineral-rich lands.
